“Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you that we were made in the image of you. You said in your word that there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek, male or female and yet today, diversity seems to be an ever-increasing problem.
Lord, deep in our hearts we know that no man or race is more valuable than another.
In the name of Jesus break the curse of predjudice and oppression that has come down from our forefathers.
Expose the wickedness of hating another man, especially for the honor of our family or blood. This has been the curse and the lie that has prevented our relatives from the past from really receiving a revelation of the love of God on a complete level.
We cannot love properly, if we do not love others or forgive others properly. Expose the darkness of our hearts, give us the gift of strong conviction, and as you reveal the truth of where our hearts stand, help us to have a repentant heart for our sin.
In the name of Jesus, I receive the love of God. I have asked for forgiveness, now I am expected to forgive those who have hurt me.
I will not let offense or bitterness into my heart, home or mouth any longer. I will not speak in a way that dishonors another creature made in the image of God.
I thank you Lord that you are not a respecter of persons, titles or social status. You see the heart, and I want mine to be clean so I can reflect the goodness of you that is growing in it every day.
In Jesus’ name, I ask for your special anointing to go out into the world and be a great representative of Christ on earth. Amen.”
