“Dear Heavenly Father,
I come to you with a heart that wants to serve you. But, I need you to purify my heart and intentions. If I am to pray your will, I have to give up my own personal agendas.
Lord, I pray that everyone who loves you will also pray a similar prayer from the heart.
This political season, please help me to have a heart that is sensitive to the promptings of your Holy Spirit. Lead me to be attracted to what you are attracted to and repulsed by what repulses you.
When I vote, help me to be a vessel that follows your will, not what will make my life easier; but what would bring this country closer to your will and your blessings.
I want to be responsible and respectful of the fact as a Believer in Jesus Christ, I have the honor of representing Him.
Help me to keep that in mind when I make my choices. My desire is for this whole country to benefit by living under your blessing.
May your will be done in this country as it is in heaven. In Jesus’ name, because He died to make all men free, Amen.

Julie, thanks for having Jesus’ heart for the lost. There will always be critics. Ourselves can be the worst at times. So please remember your always covwred by the blood of Christ. That there is no comdemnation in Christ. Dint get weary in doing good. God strengthens the hands that hang low and the feble knees. He is our hiding place an its secret. He wont tell others the bad with put commanding them to love you and pray for you. Thanks my sister for being you. Just keep going.
