Prayer for a person lost in prostitution:

“Dear Lord, we come to you and lift up______________. _______________ is listening to and believing in the lies of the enemy. Lord, shut his/her ears to the sound and seduction of his voice.

Lord, draw________________ into you. Open his/her eyes to see the pit that is leading _________________ down into darker paths. Lord, let the taste of destruction and death sicken ____________________ Let it and lead _______________ to seek for the light and to thirst for the water of your word.  To only be satisfied with the truth.

Let the lies of the enemy have no impact on ______________. Give ______________ the strength he/she needs today to give it all up. Allow _________ the power to see that it is never too late to turn around and to give you a chance, Lord.

When he/she calls out the name of Jesus in that dark hour, we pray that the power of God’s love fill the room. Lord, consume _________________ with the fire of your love.

In the name of Jesus I break every yoke, bind every lying spirit to the spirit of balack. Lord, in place of these things, draw ____________into you by having him/her crave to hear from you, Lord.

When _______________ opens up your word, show him/her what you want ________________ to see. Have _________________ see it and hear from you clearly.

In the name of Jesus, we lost _______________back to you, Lord. Give the whole family that is suffering on ________________’s behalf complete peace and rest in you. We trust you in you, Lord. Give this whole family hearts that are soft to you, that will not blame you for this temporary trial, but will actually learn to cling to you that much tighter in this storm.

In Jesus’ name, we see the storm is passing and we are abiding in you, under the secret place of the most high, under your shadow, Lord. Bless each one of us to turn from our failures and look to your grace to cover it all. Amen.”

If you or someone you know is being sexually abused, do not use prayer as a substitute for getting help. We, at shalombewithyou.com recommend prayer in addition to getting help.  Reach out to someone safe who will assist you in protecting yourself.  If you notice someone else who is being abused, seek guidance on how to help that person from a certified abuse counselor.
