“Dear Heavenly Father,

We ask for your shoes of peace that passes all understanding. In this time of great sorrow and oppression and discouragement from the enemy, we stand against it with our shields of faith lifted high.

In the name of Jesus we stand against discouragement, depression and hopelessness. No matter what the doctor says about ________________’s health condition, we believe you can heal whatever you want, whenever you want.

Lord, you can give ____________________ and his/her family hope and comfort in this time. Give a steady stream of your love.

We ask that you show _____________ that no matter how nice and “good” he/she is, that he/she cannot enter into your kingdom without your Son. During this time of serious reflection, show the need for repentance and salvation through it.  Do not waste this moment.

Give ______________the ability to see that he/she needs you, give him/her a heart to desire and put his/her hope and trust in you.

Lord, cover this whole situation with the Blood of Jesus. Cover the doctor, nurses, the procedures and everything that touches __________’s body in the blood of your dear Son.

We speak salvation to all in ________________’s family right now.

In this storm, we trust that you will bring peace and bring healing. We stand against anything that will try and take the life of this man/woman.  We will praise you in this storm.  Show us the postive things we must focus and thank you for, Lord. Give us thankful, worshiping hearts.
